We went to Nico's on a Sunday afternoon, after all other tire repair shops were closed and of course it was really busy, but we were taken care of right away, the guy was really professional and efficient the price was very reasonable for a tire repair.

Scam alert I normally do not leave reviews, even when I receive poor service. Most of the time, I simply move on and choose not to return. However, my experience at this tire shop was concerning enough that I felt I should share it. I originally came in to replace one front tire. The staff showed me two matching tires, and since they both looked good, I decided to replace both front tires instead of just one. After they installed the first tire, I noticed the second tire they were about to install was not the same tire they had originally shown me. It appeared to be a lower-quality tire. When I questioned them about it, they initially argued with me, but once they realized I had noticed the difference, they went back inside and brought out the correct tire that I had agreed to purchase. The situation became even more frustrating when they started installing the tires without balancing them. When I asked about balancing, I was told it was not included in the price. I said that was fine and that I would pay the additional cost. However, even after that conversation, I noticed they were again attempting to install one of the tires without balancing it. Came for an oil change. Different prices everytime. I went to another mechanic for my oil change and the said they tighten the bolt too tight so it will break. Brought it back to them and told them the problem they said they didnt want to break it and told me I needed a whole new oil pan . Which wasn't true. Got the screw off just fine other than being way too tight.

Went to get my tire changed, and when I left they did NOT tighten my tire and they did not balance it either! When I called to explain the issue all I got in response was “what do you want us to do” to not care about the safety of the people you are charging for the tires is insanity. I expected the job to be done correctly before I left the property. I went to another tire shop not even 24 hours later to also be told they sold me a tire from 2017 and that it’s recommended to NOT sell these tires due to safety issues. Teach your team to do the job correctly the first time. Other peoples lives matter!

I love that it is open til 10pm a they have excellent customer service, they are friendly, fast and very respectful.
